CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — A 3-year-old woman with autism died of an obvious drowning in Olmsted Township Wednesday afternoon.

On the scene, officers witnessed a member of the family, later recognized because the kid’s father, struggling to take away himself from a gap within the ice of a pond on their property.
