CLEVELAND — Officers have given the “all clear” after briefly issuing a shelter in place order for the complete campus of Case Western Reserve College early Monday morning.
Authotiries put the order in place simply earlier than 1 a.m., and now verify a number of police departments investigated a report of gunshots fired close to East Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. It has now been decided that there’s “no threat to the campus neighborhood.”
