The coronavirus outbreak is really disrupting every field and its operations. There are already rumors that most of the smartphone company’s production has been put on hold due to the fear of coronavirus in China. But this outbreak is also affecting the tech world in many ways. The latest news confirms that SXSW (South by Southwest) event, which was scheduled to start on March 13 in Austin, Texas, got canceled due to the medical emergency. We are now working through the ramifications of this unprecedented situation.” All the major partakers in this event, like Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok, pulled out a few days ago.

The organizers ensure that they are in try of providing a “virtual SXSW online experience this year and the SXSW EDU will be the first such event. Through the latest press release, they also told that all the registrants, clients, and participants will be contacted by their team and they will put out detailed FAQs shortly.
