China announces unspecified retaliatory sanctions on 11 Americans after Hong Kong action

China introduced unspecified sanctions in opposition to 11 U.S. politicians and heads of organizations selling democratic causes.

China’s International Ministry introduced Monday that sanctions might be imposed on Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida in addition to 9 different People together with Human Rights Watch Government Director Kenneth Roth and Freedom Home president Michael Abramowitz, in response to a number of studies. 

The transfer comes after Friday’s announcement that america will sanction 11 Chinese language officers together with their allies in Hong Kong, together with Hong Kong’s Chief Government Carrie Lam, citing their half in diminishing political freedoms. 

Final month China introduced it could ban Sens. Rubio and Cruz from getting into the nation due to their criticism of the nation’s human rights abuses of the Uighur Muslim minority in Xinjiang.
