CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for assist finding a lacking 13-year-old woman who was final seen at her dwelling within the 3400 block of E. 116th Avenue, in Cleveland.
Rashyah Smith, 13, reportedly ran away whereas her mom was at work, and has not been seen or heard from since.
