Community rallies behind musician struck by car at crosswalk

A preferred native musician is recovering from a foul accident in Lakewood.

Visitors cameras captured the second, which is graphic and troublesome to see. It occurred on Feb. four on the intersection of Lake Avenue and West 117th Road.

Chuck Eversole and a pal had been crossing the road, and there seemed to be just a few vehicles on the highway. Then, whereas within the crosswalk, Eversole was struck and fell to the bottom. The driving force remained on scene.

A 1986 graduate of Baldwin Wallace College, Eversole served because the inventive director for The Singing Angels. He now has a shattered clavicle, a contusion to the top, and a badly injured knee.

A GoFundMe web page was set as much as assist with the medical payments whereas Eversole recovers from residence. Donations to this point have exceeded $12,000.
