How To Prepare For Marill Spotlight Hour in Pokemon Go
As mentioned, this Spotlight Hour will take place on May 25th from 6 pm to 7 pm local time. Here is how players can prepare for this event.
- Star Pieces: Make sure to have at least 2 of these ready to go, 1 for each half of the hour. This combined with the already doubled Stardust happening in the event will bring in TONS of Stardust within the hour. Don’t miss out on this one if you’re running low.
- Shiny Marill: Continue to tap on a Marill on the map and continue on to the next until you find a Shiny. This is your best bet of finding a Shiny Marill in the game.
- Lucky Egg: Players can double the amount of XP they earn while capturing tons of Marill’s. Use this if you’re close to leveling up.
Pokemon Go has yet to announce the line-up for the Spotlight Hours taking place in June. Regardless, May is looking like the most stacked month of the year when it comes to new content. Players will be up to their heads in Xerneas and Yveltal raids. The weather is getting nicer too, making it a perfect time to head outside and capture them all.
