CLEVELAND — After more than a year of being told we can’t go anywhere, it can be tempting to accept every invitation that comes your way, but that isn’t always a good idea.

Victoria explains why guilt and “FOMO” (fear of missing out) can drive us to say “yes” to things, and how that can leave us feeling depleted and in need of recharging.
