The world television premiere of the all-time blockbuster film “Master” has been announced officially. The response of the audience and the craze of the film can be clearly seen on the social media handles and the official Twitter handle of the lead actor of the film. The world television premiere is being set on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, which is the Tamil New Year. The superhit film received a very warm welcome on the big screens and cinema halls while it was released. The movie is all set to be premiered on 14th April at 6:30 p.m on SunTV.
“Master” as the name suggest taught a good lesson to all the other films which were produced prior to the lockdown and covid situation as well as films of post lockdown. If the storyline, direction and the actors work is done with justice, no film can fail to achieve the expected level of success. It had such a great opening after its release that the box office collection challenged the revenue generated to even the hollywood films which were released after the lockdown period.
Hollywood’s commendable movies like wonder woman 1984, Mulan and Tenet even did not have such a great opening after their release. The film “Master” even break the records at the United Arab Emirates box office and it became the biggest opener there as well. The main lead of the movie Vijay has a tremendous fan base not only in the Tamil film industry and south India but also in the whole world. The kind words of appreciation were gushing in from all parts of the world after the film was released on 13th January 202 as the actor told after the press conference which was held just after the screening of the film.
The collections of the film Master were massive as it is the simple rule of the film fraternity that the more actor is loved by the audience, more would be the revenue generated on an opening day and the first time watchers of the movie. “Master” collected total revenue of 300 crores. The cost which was involved in the making of the film was limited to half of the revenue which was generated, precisely to be 135 crores.
The story and the collective work of the crew made it possible for Master to become the first Indian film to gain the number 1 position in the global box office.
