STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — Strongsville Police are investigating after a reported drive-by capturing befell in broad daylight on Monday afternoon.
Preliminary calls started coming in by way of dispatch round 12:30 p.m., reporting a number of accidents from a capturing, which occurred within the space of the intersection of Pearl Street and Albion Street.
3News despatched crews out to the scene on Monday and had been in a position to visually verify police presence inside the space of the Docere Spa & Laser Middle on Pearl Street.
