Share your photos of Thursday

CLEVELAND — Did you see it? Northeast Ohio was treated to a partial solar eclipse shortly after sunrise this morning — and it was an amazing sight. The “ring of fire” moment happened as the moon blocked out a portion of the sun with peak blockage right around 5:55 a.m.

If you were awake early and captured any pictures or videos of the special skyward moment, we want to see them! You can send them to us using the “Near Me” feature in the WKYC app. Just scroll to the bottom of the home screen and follow the simple instructions.

You an also text us your pictures or videos at 216-344-3300. Just be sure to include your name and where the photos were taken when sending us a text.

Then be sure to watch 3News throughout the afternoon and evening to see if any of your pictures or videos were featured in one of our newscasts.
