In line with a memorial web page, Hosea died in 1998 of problems from a bone marrow transplant, after being recognized with a uncommon type of leukemia the 12 months prior. He was 43.
However Hosea, who attended Morehouse School and the College of Georgia Legislation Faculty, didn’t simply have a well-known daughter — he had well-known mother and father, too. His father, Hosea Sr., was a civil rights chief in Martin Luther King Jr.’s inside circle, and his mom, Juanita, was a member of the Georgia Home of Representatives.
