Harry Hains has passed away at the young age of 27. His cause of death is not currently known. The actor’s mother Jane Badler shared the sad news on Instagram writing quote “On Jan 7 my beautiful son died. He was 27 and had the world at his feet. But sadly he struggled with mental illness and addiction. A brilliant spark shone bright too short a time. I will miss you, Harry, every day of my life…”
She also revealed there will be a service for Harry on Sunday writing “If you are in LA and know Harry there is a service for him at the Hollywood Forever, Sunday, January 12th at 3 PM” John Stamos reacted in the comments writing quote “Jane, I’m heartbroken. Harry truly was one of the brightest most charismatic charming guys I’ve ever met. His sense of humor and kindness helped get me through a dark time and I will forever be grateful. In the song Starry, Starry Night, Don McLean sings about Vincent van Gogh. This world was never meant for one as beautiful as you. I’m so sorry for your loss Jane I will never forget your son. Hugs and kisses, John.”
Harry was known for starring in “American Horror Story” as well as “The OA”. He also starred in “The Surface” and was also a model. His last post in social media was a snap from New Year’s Eve and fans shared their sad reactions in the comments. One person wrote “Bless you, Harry. Thank you for all you gave. You gave it your best love to your family.” Another fan sent love to his mom writing “I am so so so sorry for your loss. All the strength and prayers for your son we love you, Jane, you are not alone. Rest in peace Harry Hains”
Another news came today that Neil Pear, lead drummer, and lyricist from rock band Rush dies at 67 at Santa Monica, California. His spokesperson Elliot Mintz said he died because of brain cancer. Peart’s team of the band tweeted “It is with broken hearts and the deepest sadness that we must share the terrible news that on Tuesday our friend, soul brother and bandmate of over 45 years, Neil, has lost his incredibly brave three and half year battle with brain cancer… Rest in peace brother.”
Peart joined the rock band in ’74 and the band was originally formed in ’68. Rush became one of the significant rock bands in its time and gave several platinum albums. In 2015, Peart left the band. His family includes a daughter Olivia Louise Peart and wife Carrie.
