Severe Thunderstorm Warnings issued in Northeast Ohio

Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for portion of Lorain County

The National Weather Service has activated a Severe Thunderstorm Warming as follows:

The National Weather Service says this storm includes damaging winds with gusts up to 60 mph. Nickel-sized hail is also a possibility as the thunderstorms move across the region.

Impacted locations include:

Lorain, Elyria, Sandusky, Norwalk, Western Vermilion, Vermilion, Strongsville, North Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst, Grafton, Northern Milan, Milan, Wakeman, Avon, Sheffield Lake, Olmsted Falls, Eaton, Oberlin, Sheffield, Shelby, Willard, New London, Plymouth, Wakeman, New Washington, Bloomville, Chatfield, Greenwich, Monroeville, Attica, Benton, North Fairfield, Republic, Tiro, Flat Rock, Oceola and Sulpher Springs.
