Two ladies with two younger youngsters have been accused of bagging groceries at a self-checkout kiosk with out scanning them.
A Massachusetts police officer declined to cost two ladies accused of attempting to steal groceries for the kids — and as a substitute purchased them Christmas dinner.
Somerset Officer Matt Lima responded to a report of shoplifting Dec. 20 at Cease & Store, the place two ladies with two younger youngsters have been accused of placing groceries into luggage at a self-checkout kiosk with out scanning them.
The ladies mentioned that they had fallen on onerous occasions and have been attempting to supply a Christmas dinner for the kids. Lima says he was reminded of his personal youngsters and used his personal cash to purchase $250 grocery reward playing cards.
