It’s been a month since Sony teases the first detail of its upcoming PS5 (PlayStation 5). But now even the Coronavirus outbreak didn’t stop Sony to unveil the next PS5 console.

To announce the most waited console PS5, Sony uses its official channel to live stream the PlayStation 5 launch which was the first official PS5 event. I guess the company has taken the great step to unveil its next console online due to the spread of COVID-19 as everyone is locked down at their home.
The PS5 lead system architect Mark Cerny gave the complete inner look of the console as well as the PS6 system architecture during the live steam event.
While they haven’t revealed the complete look of the console even, it’s still hidden which games will be playable on it, but the company provided the deep inner look with the console which shows the power of upcoming PlayStation 5.

Two days before, Microsoft also revealed its next-gen console Xbox Series X with the similar hardware which includes the AMD-made CPUs and GPUs and the solid-state drives.
What’s amazing on PS5? What’s new that will force gamers to buy PlayStation 5? To answer these questions, Cerny said it’s a “game changer.” He also explained the PS4 hard drive could load 50-100MB per second and now PS5’s SSD drive is 5GB per second. That’s a huge improvement. The loading also improved while PS4 is taking 20 seconds and PS5 loading 2GB data in 0.27 second.
Cerny also revealed that they would soon release the complete list of PS5 backward compatibility list after the launch. He also added that they played more than 100 PS4 titles on the new PS5 and every game will be playable on the PS5 launch with the smooth interface. Cerny talked about how they worked on its PS5 custom chip to give backward compatibility with the PS4.
Sony is also suggesting that the new Console with support 8k as well as 4k gaming at 120Hz. Also the Tempest Engine hardware and enables 3D audio for more immersive sound.
PS5 Price and Release Date
There is no official date confirmed by the company, but Sony may release the device this Holiday season in the US with the price tag of $499 considering the new specification of the device. Sony also promises the Coronavirus outbreak won’t delay the release. Also which titles are releasing along with PS5 is still under the hood.
